But on the way NH-72 near Bakhra, the criminals in the car attacked the cash van. The criminals started firing rapidly on the moving vehicle. The driver of the cash van, understanding the situation, rolled the van into a roadside pit. Due to which the van became the victim of accident. This also caused a lot of injuries to the driver. While the criminals in the hand had already killed two bullets.
After the incident, local people started gathering on the spot. Seeing this, the criminals escaped from there with a car. On the other hand, upon receiving the information of the incident, Saraiya police reached the spot and took the driver to SKMCH in a hurry. From where he has been referred to a private hospital, SSP Jayantkant gave the credit of saving the robbery to an ASI, saying that the police team at some distance from the spot thwarted the robbery attempt.
