He said that 2,558 new patients have been confirmed to be suffering from Kovid-19 during last 24 hours in the state. He said that the total number of patients currently undergoing treatment in the state is 23,806, out of which 10,902 are in home isolation while 2,356 are undergoing treatment in private hospitals.
Additional Chief Secretary said that the remaining patients are currently being treated free in L-1, L-2 and L-3 hospitals of the state government. He said that so far a total of 4,95,415 infected have been cured, due to which the rate of recovery of Kovid-19 patients in the state is 94.04 percent. He said that 1,75,128 samples (samples) were tested in the state on Saturday. Thus, a total of 1,79,85,811 samples have been tested in the state so far. He told that in the month of November, the average rate of infection among the samples being tested is 1.6 percent.
